Subscription Refunds

Refunds will be given at our sole discretion. If you have used the service for half of the billing month, you are not eligible for a refund. Annual subscriptions are not refunded in any capacity.

How to get refund

All refund requests must be emailed to us at [email protected].


We will not refund if you:
- Have malicious intentions with this refund.
- Have used the services for over half the period you paid for.
- Violated any of our terms of service and all policies provided on RILP BOT Website.
- Lie or hide major details on purpose.
